Having always had an interest in coding and continuous improvement, Steve tells how Smartsheet accelerated his ability to think in layers and, following a serious accident a year ago, he immersed himself in learning code and now where Smartsheet core functionality stops, Steve is able to bridge the gap with custom developments.
