help.smartsheet.com: official documentation covering every feature, with step-by-step guidance and screenshots. Search with specific terms for the fastest results.
Smartsheet Support
help.smartsheet.com/contact: for product or technical issues that cannot be resolved through the Help Centre, raise a support request directly with Smartsheet.
Smartsheet Community
community.smartsheet.com: a large, active peer forum. The Smartsheet Basics and Formulas and Functions sections are the most useful starting points. If you have a question, the answer is usually already there.
Smartsheet Learning Tracks
Three structured self-paced tracks for users who want to go further independently: Level 1: Get Started covers platform basics, Level 2: Workflows builds on automation and process, and Level 3: Advanced Users covers more complex configurations. Work through them in order once you are comfortable with the basics in this track.
Smartsheet University
smartsheet.com/smartsheet-university: an extensive library of self-paced e-learning courses designed to build proficiency in Smartsheet. Available on Business plans with Standard or Premium support, and Enterprise plans.
Pro Desk
