The Admin Center Health Check is a structured, expert-led review of your Smartsheet plan configuration, carried out remotely by a Prodactive consultant with system admin access to your environment.
What we review
We work through the Admin Center screen by screen, covering user and seat management (including seat types, roles, provisional members, and your true-up cycle), security settings (authentication, domain strict mode, SAML/SSO, MFA, and OTP), and governance controls (safe sharing policy, secure external access, API token management, and session timeout configuration). We also look at domain management and registration, branding and personalisation settings, and plan usage and insights.
What you get
You receive a written health check report as a PDF covering the scored assessment for each area, a summary of findings, and a numbered set of prioritised recommendations. You can also opt in for an interactive HTML-based snapshot of your key reports, allowing you to drill into usage metrics in detail (see below).
Who it’s for
This works well for organisations that have been running Smartsheet for a while and want to establish proper governance before expanding the platform’s use, or those who simply want confidence that their current configuration is where it needs to be. If you’re not sure what your Admin Center looks like right now, that’s usually a reasonable sign it’s worth finding out.
