In 2021, Rich Coles established Prodactive as a Smartsheet-aligned partner, having discovered the power of the platform while running a major property refurbishment project at the former London Olympics Athlete’s Village.
Drawing on 25 years of leadership and project management experience gained in the military and at global companies such as Cadbury, GSK and Costa Coffee, Rich knew how to get things done. And now he had the perfect tool to help organisations transform their execution.
The results were rapid and the business expanded. We are now a global business working with fantastic organisations around the world.
Our aim is simple: help our clients be the hero and achieve great things – and have fun doing it. We build deep relationships with our clients. We take their work seriously, not ourselves.
