Rich loves to get things done.  After an early career in the military that developed his leadership and executional capability skills, Rich went on to work at Cadbury, GlaxoSmithKline and Costa Coffee, helping lead and deliver global projects, working in marketing, R&D, supply chain, HR, and IT in a variety of roles, but always working cross-functionally.

Prior to consulting, he worked in consumer goods, healthcare, pharma, hospitality, retail, property, construction, defence and journalism and leverages this experience to help clients across all industries transform how they work, leveraging the power of technology.

Having been APMP, PRINCE2, and MSP certified, he combines his real-world project management experience leading global project, portfolios and PMOs, and helps organisations apply this in a practical non-bureaucratic way. He’s constantly looking for better ways to do things, is highly values driven and cares deeply about doing things ‘the right way’.  And when he’s not building things in Smartsheet or recording YouTube videos, he’s likely out running or baking pizza.
