Bernard Interiors is a UK-based organisation establishing a formal Project Management Office (PMO) to improve oversight and control of its growing portfolio of initiatives. The organisation manages multiple concurrent projects across departments and required a centralised platform to support governance, reporting, and standardised delivery practices.
