Demo – Multi-Project Reminders

We love personalised dashboards in Smartsheet where users can see just their tasks across many projects and update them directly.

And even better, we love this solution where you can create a weekly reminder to go out only to people with active tasks or items and list the names of the projects and the number of items, as well as a link to go and check their dashboard.

This is a more complex solution and requires Pivot App, an Advanced add-on from Smartsheet, but if you’ve got it, you can crack this solution.
